One-to-One Mentorship Programs

2. Registration and Payment

All registrations are confirmed only after successful payment through our authorized payment provider.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and educational nature of our services, all payments made to PipSkill Institute are generally final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Please review the program details, schedule, pricing, and eligibility requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Webinar Cancellation

If you are unable to attend a scheduled webinar:

Your registration fee is generally non-refundable.
At PipSkill Institute's discretion, you may be offered access to a future session or an alternative educational resource if appropriate.
Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. One-to-One Consulting and Mentorship

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consulting or mentorship session:

Please inform us as early as reasonably possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your session, subject to mentor availability.
Repeated missed appointments or failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.
